Club AGM and Committee Nominations

The BTBC AGM will be Sunday 15th November 12.30 at the club house

Due to the need for safe distancing in the current situation, it is deemed reasonable people be asked to BOOK A SEAT in advance. Email bletchleytownbowlsclub@gmail.com to book seats at lease 2 days in advance, giving the name and contact number of every person attending. Include email addresses for those others named in your email. Should it be seen that too many want seats the committee may move to alternate arrangements, maybe including a meeting over the internet but only as a last resort.

Please pass any resolutions to be included in the agenda to the secretary via the same email at least 21 clear days in advance of the AGM ( last day being Saturday 24th October) and any resolution should have a seconder before or at the meeting.
