Three in a Row for the Town

Yesterday saw The Town complete a memorable hat trick winning the Bucks Cup for the 3rd time in a row after their successes in 2017 and 2018. Meaning we have won the cup 7 times in the last 10 years.

Yesterday was always going to be a close game up against a great Gerrards Cross team and the players did not disappoint.

The Town did get of to a fast start and at the 10 end stage had a 15 shot lead but as we knew they would Gerrards rallied to reduce the deficit and by the time 14 ends came round the scores were level!!

Fortunately The Town had another push and managed to win by 12 shots 63-53. A special mention to the 5 players we had in our team who were playing in their very first Bucks Cup final, N Nimmo, B Butlin, G Line, G Doyle and R McConnell
